By accessing or using Combat Trading (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Combat Trading. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Geographic Restrictions

Real-money games may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Combat Trading reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at any time.

Account Limitations

You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You must keep your account information up to date

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You Agree NOT To:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unfair advantages
Use automated bots, scripts, or tools
Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Use offensive usernames or send inappropriate messages
Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the platform
Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts

Consequences

Violation of fair play rules may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Forfeiture of all funds and prizes
Permanent ban from the Platform
Legal action if applicable

5. Financial Terms

Platform Fees

Practice games: FREE (no fees)
Real-money games: 5% platform fee on prize pots
No trading fees or hidden charges
Blockchain gas fees (~$0.001 on Solana) apply to deposits/withdrawals

Fees are subject to change with notice. Current fees always displayed before joining games.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: USDT (SPL) on Solana blockchain
Minimum deposit amounts may apply per game
Withdrawals: Automatically sent to your wallet upon game settlement
We do not custody your funds outside of active games
All transactions are processed through smart contracts

Prize Distribution

Winners are determined by highest Profit & Loss (PnL) at game end. Prizes are distributed according to the payout mode selected by the game host. In real-money games, only human players are eligible for USDT prizes (bots are excluded).

6. Game Rules and Settlement

Game results are final once settled
Disputes must be reported within 24 hours via email
We reserve the right to void games in case of technical errors or rule violations
Refunds are issued at our discretion (e.g., server outages, critical bugs)
Game rules and mechanics are subject to change with notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Combat Trading are owned by Combat Trading and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Copyright and License pages for detailed information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Combat Trading makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Platform availability or uptime
Accuracy of market data or game results
Profitability of trading strategies
Freedom from errors or bugs
Security against all threats

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMBAT TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any trading losses or financial damages

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Damages resulting from technical issues, outages, or bugs

Unauthorized access to your account

Actions of other users

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in platform fees in the past 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Combat Trading from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Your trading decisions and losses

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse or harassment of other users
Risk to platform security or integrity
Any reason at our sole discretion

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Funds in active games will be settled according to game rules. Funds in violation cases may be frozen pending investigation.

12. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

Platform announcement
Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, License Agreement, and Copyright Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Combat Trading regarding use of the Platform.
