Combat Trading is a proprietary platform providing skill-based competitive trading games. This license agreement governs the use of our platform and services.

Software License

1. Grant of License

Combat Trading grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. Permitted Use

Access the Combat Trading platform through supported web browsers and mobile applications
Participate in trading games (both practice and real-money modes)
Create and manage your user account
Interact with other users through platform features (chat, leaderboards)

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to gain unfair advantages
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your access to the platform
Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

4. Open Source Components

Combat Trading utilizes certain open-source software components. These components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). Attributions and license information for these components are available upon request.

5. Smart Contract License

The Solana smart contracts used for game escrow and prize distribution are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain. While the smart contract code is transparent and auditable, the Combat Trading platform and associated services remain proprietary.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy any downloaded materials.

7. Updates and Modifications

Combat Trading reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the platform or any features at any time without prior notice. We may also update this license agreement as needed.
